What is Included:
Because each itinerary is unique, the items included and prices
vary. However, our tour prices generally include: transportation,
guide services, entrance fees, and wine tasting or coffee breaks.
Some tours will also include meals. Tour quotes and information
will clearly state what is included in your individualized itinerary.
Lodging reservations or custom trip planning can be arranged for
an additional fee.
What is Not Included:
We do not arrange or include airfare. Transportation to Ascoli Piceno,
as well as to and from the tour meeting point is not included. Additional
activities (if added after the tour begins), meals and beverages
not covered by the itinerary, tips, and personal expenses are not
included.
Reservations and Deposits

to plan and reserve your tour. For all custom tours a 50% deposit
is required to secure your reservation. Detailed tour information
and confirmation will be sent to you when the deposit is received.
Balance is due 30 days prior to the tour date. For tours booked
less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at the time
of booking.
Trip planning services, such as villa bookings, special
dinner arrangements, or specialty services are billed on an hourly
or fee-per-service basis, depending on the level of work and research
required.
Cancellations and Refunds
For cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the tour, refunds
will be issued less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Tours canceled within
30 days of the scheduled date are nonrefundable. Lodgings and villa
rental reservations or specialty services (private cooking classes,
etc.) will have separate cancellation and refund policies that you
will be responsible for.
Special Considerations
If you have dietary restrictions, medical problems or mobility issues,
please advise us when booking so these items may be taken into consideration
in the planning of your tour. Italy in general and most of the areas
we will be visiting do require a certain degree of fitness and personal
mobility.
Our tours are based in Ascoli Piceno, but your individual
tour may take place in the countryside or in another town in the
area. Meeting point arrangements will be made as part of the overall
tour planning and will take into consideration your lodging location
and the tour activities you desire.
Insurance
We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance prior to departing
for Italy. Insurance can be easily obtained through your local travel
agent or online. We recommend Travel Guard www.travelguard.com
